With a prime waterside location on Salterns Way, Lilliput, Poole this is an iconic modern house with a very clear concept.
Replacing the existing dwelling, this five bed contemporary home is set on the waterfront off Blue Lagoon in Poole Harbour. This property affords spectacular west facing sunset views and the striking form of the building enhances the shoreline.
Dark grey render accentuates the bold zig zag design with white render additions set back. The zig zag concept continues on plan with each floor stepping back to accomodate irregular balconies.
This iconic design has set a precedent locally with a neighbouring building mimicking its aesthetics.
