New five bedroom traditional farmhouse and holiday let accomodation plus stables in West Dorset.
West Dorset Farmhouse is a former small working farm with 52 ha of grazed pasture land, surrounded by spectacular panoramic views of the Dorset countryside.
The project involved the construction of a new five bedroom traditional farmhouse with basement and the conversion of an existing stone barn into holiday let accommodation, purpose built stables and a private studio/office.
The existing modern barn was replaced with an agricultural storage barn and new stabling accommodation with a large turn-out paddock.
An exciting addition to the site is the excavation and construction of a new wildlife lake, designed and constructed by Land and Waterscapes www.landandwaterscapes.co.uk
