Project Description

Masterplanning;

Froyle Park was the site of the former 16.7 acre Treloar School Site, Our Works involved working closely with the Developer Nicolas James Group’s in house design team to progress an existing sketch scheme into a detailed masterplan and an application for Planning and Listed Building Consent.

Detailed design and construction work packages were also carried out on the Heritage Assets to obtain Building Regulations Approval for the Works, The new build houses being constructed by Linden Homes.

The masterplanning scheme included the creation of 41 No new build houses and the conversion of a large number of existing buildings into new dwellings, these included the Conversion of a Grade II* Listed Jacobean Manor House into a new Country Park Hotel, Works to a Grade II* Listed Manor House, Conversion of former school buildings and Grade II Listed Barns and Conversion of a Grade II Listed Oast House.
