This barn conversion makes full use of the Class Q permitted development rights to convert agricultural barns into residential properties.

The existing portal framed barn will be converted into a pair of semi-detached dwellings in a contemporary style. Large, full height glazing provides views across open countryside and a combination of timber and steel cladding give a modern feel that is in keeping with the previous agricultural function of the barn.
