We use a number of 3D rendering techniques to illustrate our design ideas. This gives our clients a realistic idea of their project. We frequently produce both internal and external 3D renders that add the wow factor to our design presentations. These can be used for planning applications, design and access statements and community meetings to make a persuasive argument showing the benefit of a proposed scheme to the local area. It can be difficult for Planning Officers to visualise our proposals from 2 dimensional drawings and so often these images help us to gain planning approvals.
