A contemporary entrance extension with exterior & interior building upgrades to create an A-grade serviced office space for our clients growing portfolio of high quality office buildings.
This project extends the existing entrance area with an exciting curved contemporary design which seeks to enhance the entrance to the existing building by creating a better visual focus for visitors and staff, whilst adding a vibrant architectural statement to the area. The new glazed extension provides a feature double-height reception area and informal business lounge.
Double height glazed reception area
The existing building will be clad with curved-profile vertical aluminium fins which are fixed at random centres to add a dynamic backdrop to the new entrance extension and to break up the horizontal bands of the dated red brick facade.
A water feature surrounds the new glazed entrance and together with external gabion walls and landscaping proposals, adds a softer dynamic to this commercial site, for both occupants and visitors.
