Elegant & refined design
Each luxury apartment is arranged across an entire level with the top two storeys being a split level penthouse with prime sea views. The raked wedge shape façade not only provides privacy to the neighbouring buildings, but also greatly reduces the mass of the development. The apartments at first, second and upper levels are significantly set back from neighbouring buildings, with rendered side walls protecting the development from overlooking.
The resulting building is architecturally refined, elegant and dynamic.
