New waterside property in Poole complete

Overlooking Poole Harbour, our new contemporary family home on Branksea Avenue, Hamworthy was completed this month and handed over to the happy owners.

A limited palette of materials were selected for their aesthetic qualities, robustness and ability to blend into and mirror the surrounding natural palette of sea, sand and trees.

The house will generate over 115% of its energy need (16,792 kWh/y), with an overall net gain energy generation of 2,213kWh/y with on site renewables.

Sedum roofs have been applied to the single storey outbuildings, with the addition off Bee Bricks and Bat Boxes to help with biodiversity.
