New house approved in Milford On Sea

In collaboration with Pure Town Planning and 1850 Group we are thrilled to have gained full planning permission for this new modern vernacular house in the stunning location of Milford on Sea, Lymington.

The site is formed from the side garden of an existing house on Lucerne Road, a two-storey house which we are currently remodeling with a two-storey extension.

The site and host dwelling form part of a wider 1970s estate which is quite spacious in nature and close to the stunning New Forest National Park and the Milford on sea beaches.

The planning approval entails the demolition of the existing one storey garage, replacing it with a new two-storey detached house, with attached garage. The house comprises of a living room, utility room, WC and open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room at ground floor level with three bedrooms (one ensuite) and a family bathroom at first floor level.

The house will be built using red brick to preserve the existing character of the surrounding architecture, with stone detailing on the sills and lintels, and black Cedral cladding on the garage. The slate-tiled roof is completed with exposed black rafter feet.
