Fantastic new Class Q ‘fallback’ planning approval

We are thrilled to have gained a Class Q ‘fallback’ planning approval for this traditional farmyard house and barn in Dorset.

The site originally had a Class Q Approval to convert the existing dairy barn into a small dwelling.

The fallback position provided the client a route to improve on the existing class Q planning consent. The approval replaces and relocates the existing dairy barn with a new two storey stone cottage. Located next to the dairy barn is a simple timber clad hay barn that will be upgraded to a new agricultural barn with connected ancillary buildings.
