New office refurbishment complete
The design team at WDA visited the recently completed refurbishment of Grosvenor House in Basingstoke. The new offices are looking fantastic, such a transformation from it’s sad derelict state.
Working closely with our clients, Arena Business Centres, this unused commercial building has been given a new lease of life and now provides A-Grade serviced office space for local companies and entrepreneurs.
The building was extended with a new contemporary glazed entrance lobby, whilst the exterior facade was given a face lift with new windows and upgrade to the fabric of the building.
Internally, the ground floor has been redesigned to create an inviting, spacious and flexible space for the centres users.
