Kudos is luxury home designed for high-end Poole developers Wyatt Homes. The property is one of a pair, its sister house Aura sits next door.
This award winning house was designed to maximise the views over Poole harbour from its vantage point in Brudenell Avenue. The diverse materials palette includes white render, timber clad walls, zinc solar roof and structural glass balustrades.

An architecturally bold design over three levels
The building introduced an exemplary modern intervention into the street scene, that helped define the area as a place of architectural innovation.
The principal rooms face South-West and adjoin a distinctive spine wall. The roof terrace provides views and takes advantage of the southerly aspect. The building footprint is designed to accommodate existing trees and form a natural butterfly entrance.
