Unique ‘petal’ design
The building features a series of petal shapes in plan, a form which allowed the building to maximise the footprint of the building on this complex site between protected trees.
The petals are progressively set back to create external balconies, a natural cleft in the cliff top allows all flats including those at lower levels to have splendid sea views.
The 8 No unique apartments are set over seven floors including a penthouse duplex, all constructed above an underground car park with a lift access.
