The site is visible from historic Bridport across the valley of the River Brit.

Due to its prominent location, an exciting and contemporary design was required to complement the nearby Quay West development produced in unison for our clients on West Quay.

The building provides a mixture of market and affordable accommodation on behalf of a local Housing Association.

The pair of contemporary buildings feature a striking curved zinc roof, combined with Western red cedar cladding over white rendered masonry, all sitting on a Purbeck Stone plinth.
