In the interests of good design and making a positive contribution to the town, the developers made the enlightened decision to accept our proposals for traditional late 19th century building form and detailing.
This part of town is characterised by original turn of the century houses featuring polychromatic brickwork. The well considered details of the new building feature, bays, arches, string courses, dummy windows, railings, and Portland stone cills.
The result is a distinctive and desirable building which sold as soon as it came on the market.
